Plans, credits, and rate limits
Current plan prices, included channel allowances, ingest ceilings, and paid-send guardrails.
WarnFire plans control seats, included SMS and voice credits, inbound event capacity, and paid-channel send velocity. Push and email are free on every plan.
Plans and monthly allowances
| Plan | Price | Seat policy | SMS credits / month | Voice credits / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | $0 evaluation | Unlimited seats during the trial | 20 once | 5 once |
| Team | $15 per seat / month | Per seat | 250 per seat | 30 |
| Business | $25 per seat / month | Per seat | 250 per seat | 80 |
| Enterprise | Contracted | Custom | Negotiated | 250 by default |
The SMS allowance scales with the workspace: every billed seat adds 250 credits to one shared pool that anyone can draw on. A six-seat Team workspace has 1,500 SMS credits a month, and a single responder carrying the pager through a bad week can spend all of them. Nobody holds a personal quota that runs out mid-incident.
Seats are counted the same way they are billed, so the allowance always matches the invoice. Adding a seat raises the pool immediately; removing one lowers it.
A trial does not receive a monthly allowance at all. Its 20 SMS and 5 voice credits are granted once, at signup, as a prepaid balance: enough to exercise every channel properly, and not refilled at the start of the next month. When they are spent, paid channels stop until the workspace subscribes. Push and email stay free throughout.
Voice is a separate pool and does not scale with seats.
Enterprise allowances and commercial terms are set by contract, and a contracted allowance replaces the per-seat calculation entirely. A comped workspace receives the Enterprise default allowances unless its agreement defines custom values.
What counts as a seat
A seat is a human identity in the workspace. Responders and console managers both count. If one person is represented as both a responder and a console identity under the same normalized email address, WarnFire counts that person once. Integration keys, services, and monitoring sources are not seats.
An enabled paging identity by itself is one seat. An enabled console identity by itself is one seat. Enabling both for the same person remains one seat; the console role and password method do not change the count. Disabling only one capability does not remove the seat while the other remains enabled.
Team, Business, and per-seat Enterprise subscriptions reconcile this count with billing once an hour. An increase invoices the prorated added-seat charge at that reconciliation; a decrease creates a credit proration for the next invoice. Trial workspaces count people but have no per-seat charge. Flat-rate Enterprise and comped workspaces do not receive per-seat adjustments.
Inbound and outbound safety limits
| Plan | Fresh trigger events / integration key / minute | Paid credits / minute | Paid credits / hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 60 | 10 | 80 |
| Team | 300 | 30 | 200 |
| Business | 1,000 | 40 | 300 |
| Enterprise | 5,000 | 100 | 1,000 |
The inbound limit applies to newly accepted trigger events. Acknowledge and resolve lifecycle events do not consume it. Idempotent retries of an event that WarnFire has already accepted do not consume another trigger slot.
An integration key can be configured below the plan ceiling to contain a noisy source. A key-specific setting cannot raise the workspace above its plan ceiling.
The outbound figures are weighted paid credits, not raw message counts. An international SMS with a six-credit destination rate consumes six units for each carrier-billed segment. Push and email consume neither paid credits nor the paid-channel velocity limit.
Monthly and prepaid balances
WarnFire draws from the channel’s included monthly allowance first, then from that channel’s prepaid balance. SMS never draws from the voice balance, and voice never draws from the SMS balance.
Current prepaid packs are:
| Channel | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMS | 500 credits for $15 | 2,000 for $50 | 10,000 for $200 |
| Voice | 100 credits for $10 | 500 for $40 | 2,500 for $150 |
Prepaid credits roll over. When an automatic-recharge policy is already active, WarnFire can add its selected pack when the balance reaches the configured low threshold. The service permits at most two recharge attempts in a rolling 24-hour period.
WarnFire permits a small paid-credit overdraft, down to 10 credits below zero, to avoid stopping a notification in the middle of an incident. Further paid sends are suppressed until credits are restored. Free push and email can still continue when present in the escalation policy.
