Billing
Billing and notification credits
Plans, channel allowances, prepaid credits, rate limits, and payment recovery.
WarnFire separates workspace access from usage-based notification costs. Push and email do not consume paid credits. SMS and voice use independent monthly allowances and independent prepaid balances.
The workspace Usage page shows current monthly allowances, prepaid balances, and channel usage. The Billing page reports subscription state, seat count, renewal timing, and billing-recovery notices.
In this section
- Billing state and notification usage
- Plans, credits, and rate limits
- Payment failures and recovery
- SMS destination bands and segments
Use Billing overview to interpret the workspace’s current state, Notification balances to interpret channel usage, and Payment failures and recovery for lifecycle behavior.
Important distinctions
- Included SMS and voice allowances reset each month. Purchased prepaid credits roll over.
- SMS and voice credits are not interchangeable.
- International SMS credit cost depends on both the active destination band and the number of carrier-billed segments.
- A paid-channel limit does not consume or disable free push and email.
- A responder and a console user with the same normalized email address count as one billable seat, not two.
